Dr. Moss, a Diplomate in Clinical Psychology, American Board of Professional Psychology, has been in private practice for a number of years. In 1985, he left his position as an Associate Professor. He left behind a promising research career in behavioral medicine, having had numerous publications in the area of facial pain disorders and a grant through the National Institute of Dental Research. This was due to his realization of the potential of the neo-Lurian model of cortical functioning that emerged from his work at the University of Mississippi. After years of working directly with a wide range of adult clinical disorders, both in hospital and private settings, he has written on a number of findings tied to practical applications of the model. He completed his work on the Clinical Biopsychology book in 2001 and is now actively sharing the information through these workshops, as well as through submissions to professional journals and meetings. He is in the process of instituting a consultation service through Emotional Restructuring, Inc., to promote cutting edge research and to assist groups and organizations in implementing clinical biopsychological treatment approaches. more information
